About Resilient Rx

Antonious Aboseff.jpg

Formalities aside, you can call me Tony!

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sport Studies at Rutgers University and went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Master’s in Public Health from New York Medical College (NYMC) with a dual focus in Orthopedic and Health Policy and Management.

In addition, I completed my Clinical Fellowship in the Movement System at Washington University in St. Louis, MO. I had the honor of being directly mentored by the founding experts of the Movement System Impairments (MSI) throughout the span of my  fellowship. I have also completed my fellowship in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. This intensive training is the highest-leveled credential a physical therapist can earn in the field.

I like to believe I am a fitness enthusiast; I enjoy competing and learning as much as possible about running, CrossFit, weight lifting and basketball. I truly believe the best way to treat an athlete is to be an athlete.

Fun fact:  In addition to my passion for Physical Therapy, I love to explore foods from different cultures and eat dark chocolate, (72-80%, in case you are wondering.)

Our Mission

At Resilient Rx Physical Therapy, we are deeply involved with the recovery process. Our Mission is to take the patient from a point of frustration to a place of confidence and empowerment, where they can return to their previous activities without physical or mental restraint.  Giving patients the confidence to believe in the resilience of their bodies is what really matters.

By providing knowledge to our patients, we enable them to become aware of their movements — reducing risks and preventing future injuries, We want  them to take back control of their own health.
