What To Expect During Your Initial Session
During our first session the primary focus is on getting to know you and truly understanding your goal so that we are on the same page throughout your entire treatment process.
We will identify the root cause of your problem through a very thorough evaluation of your muscles, joints and movement pattern before giving you a movement diagnosis. This is different from a medical diagnosis of low back pain, rotator cuff tear, meniscus tear etc. We are after the cause of those injuries and how to prevent it from happening again.
You will then be guided by your Physical Therapist on the findings of this assessment so that you understand what is happening and how to correct it.
